Longer Lead Times for Orders

Dear Valued Customer,

Thanks to your continued support and growing demand, our production schedule is now fully booked. To ensure we deliver the highest quality and reliability, please kindly note the following:

Lead Time

• For orders placed on or after August 15th (Taipei local time), the estimated lead time is approximately 12–14 weeks.
• Orders will be processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Exception: Every 10 working days, one day will be allocated for courier and air shipments.

How to Help Us Process Your Orders Smoothly

✅ Plan and order early
Place your orders as soon as possible so we can also secure components from our suppliers in time.

✅ Avoid order changes
Once a proforma invoice is confirmed, please do not alter the order content. Changes require us to re-check and re-schedule everything.

✈️ Air & courier shipment limits (for fairness)

• Spare parts orders: up to USD 600
• Finished product orders: up to USD 1,000

We truly value your trust and partnership. While longer lead times are not ideal, please rest assured we are doing everything possible to shorten them.
