Simple and effective work station for incoming, outgoing and inventory management / control using a Fidelity Measurement 19i Multi-Function Indicator

Helping our customers to improve their job efficiency and job quality and making products easier to use are not a slogan, instead, they are always inside our action plan and daily work. Here is one more example. Some new features and functions have been added to C10 and DC-10 configurable counting scale and indicator. These are: -

1. Scanner is now supported. You may connect C10 and DC10 to a serial scanner by cable or a Bluetooth scanner through Bluetooth 2.0.

2. The number of customer code description is now expanded from 10 to 99. The same case to product code and description.

3. 3 barcode keys are created, i.e. Tare, Zero and Print.

4. Operator code, product and customer code can now be input through scanner.

5. Shifting among operator, customer and product code input is just a matter of scanning one of the 3 input target barcodes.

6. When a customer or product barcode is scanned and if this code has been saved in one of the 99 quick access memory, then C10 and DC-10 will automatically bring out also the description of the code scanned.

7. Once an operator, customer and product is scanned, then the data can be outputted for label or receipt printing and also be saved in the Alibi memory when a transaction is completed.

Packing is part of the Product Quality

Although we seldom mention/talk about quality, we know clearly that packing is one of the essences and we really mean this.

This video was taken on September 27th 2018. It shows the mathematics and algorithm of FM developed.

It was a floor platform with 4 x 2 ton load cells. On top is 1,020kg which has been tared. Division set is = 10g.

We have made several videos demonstration on how our products perform when used in high resolution applications.

What’s if both the resolution and load cell utilization are reduced to a much lower level, say 3000e and 25%?

We would like use this video to demonstrate this. EUT (equipment under test) used and settings in this video: -

1. G2e multi-table table scale with a 5kg load cell, division set = 1g.
2. WIFI connection with iPhone SE (2020 version). This phone was running our i19 APP. By doing so, the work burden of G2e is increased and thus the overall stability time will be increased by about 90ms.  
3. Cable connection with a TSC label printer (model TDP-225). G2e will send the print information once the weight detected is stable. 9 variants (real time data from G2e) are there on the label file used.
4. Weight check control is applied so that only stable weight which is within Lo and Hi limit will be transmitted to label printer. Lo and Hi limits are 107g and 109g respectively.

Why Does FM Coat all IC Pins on Motherboard?

Coating the pins of an integrated circuit (IC) with isolation glue several technical advantages, for example: -

• Shields against moisture, salt, and corrosion.

• Prevents electrical shorts by insulating pins.

• Reinforces solder joints against physical stresses.

• Reduces electromagnetic interference.

• Helps prevent tin whisker growth.

• Offers resistance to harsh chemicals.

• Increases insulation for high-voltage applications.

• Extends IC lifespan and reliability, especially in tough conditions.

In summary, isolation glue on IC pins improves performance and durability, particularly in harsh environments.

Capacity x division of the C10 configurable counting scale used in this video is 6000g x 0.1g (resolution = 60,000). For demonstration purposes, we expanded the resolution to 300,000 and 6 million respectively just to show you as detailed as possible.

1. Every day, similar or identical installations like this one are operational in various parts of the world.

The Installation

1. Typically, this production line consists of approximately 40 workstations, each equipped with a G2 scale.
2. All G2 scales are connected to a server through a LAN connection.
3. The server's weight management software performs various real-time activities at the same time, including:

• Collecting real-time data for each individual transaction from every scale.
• Monitoring the real-time operational status of each G2 scale.
